It’s a shame that I have to result to this. I’m sick and fed up of the things I have endured at this property. The manager , Scott, is like a used car salesman. He tells me you everything you want to hear to get me in, and then sits on his behind and does absolutely nothing but take money. HE EVEN LET ME MOVE IN WITHOUT STARTING MY LEASE BECAUSE I WAS SHORT OH MONEY, and let me come in later and start from that day . This I’m grateful for, however I overhear some guys talking at their unit talking about how they have a free storage unit and aren’t made to pay anything. I see the gimmick now. He was letting me slide while being late and working with me, and then the script is flipped and I am now being hounded out of the blue to pay my bill by an assistant manager , with no warning. I’m struggling, and I know it’s my responsibility , but consistency would be nice. The property is usually dirty and the restrooms are horrendous. I only ever see a female cleaning, I never see the manager out doing anything on the property. The manager seems like he hates his job , and often time not very friendly . He lives in an attached apartment and sometimes the office even smells. Your rent increases with a one month notice on the regular basis and it’s getting to the point of not being affordable. If you’re not concerned with what you’re being told and promised then this storage place is for you. If you have a problem being lied to, look else where.
